Calgary Flames announces 2022-23 training camp roster – Flamesnation

Calgary Flames have announced their training camp roster for the upcoming 2022-23 season.

The Flames team invited 67 players to the camp – six guards, 23 defenders, 38 strikers. On-ice sessions begin Thursday at Scotiabank Saddledome.

They are to reveal a max-matched 20-23 player roster by 3pm BST on October 10.

Fourth Period David Bagnotta reports, following Eric Francis’ report a few days ago, that Brett Ritchie has signed a one-year agreement with Flames that should be announced soon. Besides the inclusion of Ritchie perhaps, there are no real surprises here either. Parker Bell was invited to Penticton but could not participate, making Cooper Walker an invite to a late camp.
