GTA 6 leaks urge developers to share early screenshots from their biggest game releases

Since the weekend GTA 6 Leaks Scattered all over the digital super-highways like someone weaves a stolen car away from all of us, it turns out that there are those who think graphics are the first thing that is finished during game development. This is not the case. The developers know this, so some have shared early screenshots of popular games that you and I probably played very differently.

Two things don’t go together: Sims 4. GTA 5. Can we build it?

The question of when the graphics would expire appeared on Twitter on Monday. Although the GTA 6 screenshots look rough, they are taken from an unfinished game. This is fairly standard during development, and it’s unlikely that the game will look like this when it’s released years from now. This is the team that made Pregnancy worshipfor example, displayed an early version of their rogue rituals such as:

This also seems a bit simple, and not at all as interesting as the end result. So I did control In its early days, which lead designer Paul Erith noted:

So, very gray. Here is a comparison of upcoming independent visual novel releases debrisshared with developers:

I think my favorite is from the last of uswhich doesn’t look all that different from the remastered version if you stare really, really, really:

There is certainly an argument to be made here, which is that consumers would be more aware of the game development process if developers were open and transparent as they worked on things. There’s also a counter-argument that people won’t care much about funky footage of games in development years before they’re released, and may even be delayed altogether. I know I’d rather see a good game in a playable form, but you’ll have your own style.

GTA 6 is real but out When it’s readyOh people. Good job all of the above had enough time in the oven too.
